An upscale project, and before the Intrawest projects at Eagle Express chair lift, the only real ski in-ski out complex in Mammoth. Townhouse units were priced in the $700's (3+loft and 4 bath) while the condo style 2 bedroom units were in the mid $300's. (2002 prices)
