We currently manage REO listings for Countrywide, Litton Loan Servicing, Bank of America, Fremont Investments, Chase /Deutsche Bank and are business partners with several asset management companies to facilitate a complete transaction.

- Immediate takeover and securitization of foreclosed and vacant properties (we are primarily a resort area) including re-keying, utilities changeover, posting of no trespass, etc., and coordination of other necessary and immediate services when needed.
- Expedited Drive-By Inspections, BPO's, and other Lender Requested Reportings
- Coordinate eviction specialists when needed
- Coordinate all services including trash-outs, property preservation, repair assessments and bids, invoice management, etc.
- Experienced at all reporting compliance including timely task completion
- Possess all appropriate E & O Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and Liability Insurance.
- Full marketing of properties through Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors, MLS, Realtor.com, ReMax.com, and ReMax-Mammoth.com.
- Experienced brokerage service with local knowledge and FULL transaction scrutiny.
