Mountainback is one of the larger of the newer (non Intrawest) projects in Mammoth. Eleven separate buildings house 120 units in a range of sizes and floor plans. Close to Canyon Lodge area. Prices in 2002 were from about $260K to over $400K depending on size, view and proximity to the slopes. By 2003 the range was $350,000 to $500,000 and in 2004 closed escrows ranged from $475,000 to $630,000. Nine sales in 2005, $499,900 to $775,000. Excellent rentals !! |
